How can I buy instrument?
From our Online Store you can buy instruments directly and pay by credit card, ordered instruments you will receive within one week.
You can select other instruments not available in OnlineStore and pay by either PayPal or by wire transfer through Bank, ordered instruments you will receive within 3 to 4 weeks.
How can I get a price on a product?
Only instruments listed in OnlineStore has price listed; for other product wholesale prices are not published on this website. Prices can be obtained by sending email at sales@amaaxint.com

How do I place an order?
You can do shopping on our online store at you will pay by PayPal through your credit or debit cards.
If you are not interested in shopping online. Please ask a quotation and after getting our prices please place your order and remit payment by wire transfer through your bank to our bank account or by PayPal.
I need to return or exchange a product, what do I do?
All returns must go through a process, first send filled returning merchandise form; after getting approval number please return merchandise at Amaax’s main office. Returns are subject to 10% restocking/handling fee. Restock fee may be waived if another item of equal or greater value is purchased and the original item is returned in new condition and in it’s original packaging. Amaax assumes no responsibility for instruments damaged in transit. It is recommended that items be returned in original shipping containers. Shipping of returned a product shall be paid by customer. Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of original purchase.
How much cost will be for repairing or replacing?
All warranted products should be returned, repaired or replaced at no cost to you. We will notify you of any costs to repair a product that is not under warranty.
All non-warranty repairs will incur a 10% bench fee even if the product is found to be working correctly. An estimate of repairs will be provided once the product is received and tested.
What are the payment options?
Wire Transfer Just go to your bank and remit payment by wire transfer to our bank account (After receipt of Order we will submit Performa Invoice with bank account details).
