This shipping period can be significantly reduced once a customer becomes regular and Amaax International starts to maintain customer-specific inventory at our facility.

International Custom Duties and Taxes:

International buyers are responsible for their country’s taxes and duties when receiving packages. Amaax International is NOT responsible for any fees related to international customs. Additionally, Amaax International is NOT responsible for any delays in customs clearance in the buyer’s country.

Lost Package:

On rare occasions, packages can be lost in transit. If your package does not arrive within a reasonable time frame, please contact your nearest relevant courier office to check if the goods are being held. If the package is not being held, please contact our Customer Services team, who will be happy to assist in sending a replacement.
